With Whisper, OpsCentral users will have access to cutting-edge ASR technology that leverages advanced machine learning algorithms to transcribe and interpret voice interactions with exceptional accuracy. Whisper is an ASR system trained on 680,000 hours of multilingual and multitask supervised data collected from the web. It is shown that the use of such a large and diverse dataset leads to improved robustness to accents, background noise and technical language. Moreover, it enables transcription in multiple languages, as well as translation from those languages into English. With this integration, OpsCentral will enable companies to improve their customer service and support very quickly and effectively.

Whisper is a powerful add-on to the OpsCentral platform, which already offers ASR services from other leading providers such as Google and AWS.
