|擁有資訊工程或相關專業的學位。熟悉Windows / Linux / Firewall環境。有雲端服務相關經驗為佳，需與技術團隊共同合作完成專案。需與業務和行銷團隊合作，探討業務需求，並對客戶的反饋做出快速回應。第一線客戶服務，協助客戶排除雲端客服系統的障礙或緊急狀況。協助客戶 POC 測試及服務上線。負責雲端客服系統之維運，異常狀況處理及追蹤反饋。雲端客服系統之初步檢測及管理，確保系統功能正常運作，並適時提出改善建議。問題之記錄與追蹤後勤團隊處理之狀況。對客戶有積極主動的態度和良好的工作態度。優秀的書面和口頭溝通能力... 等都會有優勢。|

|Manages and monitors all installed systems and infrastructure for the organization. Assists in the coordination of various teams testing and evaluating for the development of design and its implementation of the best output. Ensures the highest level of systems and infrastructure availability. Serves customers by identifying their needs and engineering adaptations of products, equipment, and services via call and email. Assists in the coordination of various teams testing and evaluating for the development of design and its implementation of the best output. To diagnose and resolve the problem related to hardware, internal software, and system operation, security, availability, security, performance and connectivity. To assist in any other IT related activities as required.|
|對客戶有積極主動的態度和良好的工作態度。擁有資訊工程或相關專業的學位。具備較強的Java工作經驗。必須熟悉PostgreSQL、AngularJS、Spring框架、微服務、API服務集成。有VOIP（Asterisk）、社交媒體聊天機器人（LINE、微信、WhatsApp、Facebook Messenger等）、vTigerCRM 的CX（客戶體驗）領域的相關經驗…等都會有優勢。|
