| Keen interest or track record in sales and business development. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients. Strong negotiation and presentation skills. Understanding of contact center solutions and web-based applications. Knowledge of CRM systems and backend enterprise systems. Self-motivated and target-driven. Flexibility to work in a hybrid remote and office environment. Fluency in English and any additional languages is a plus. Bachelor's degree in a related field is an advantage. Some direct sales experience in selling AI, SaaS or software solutions. | |||
