Dashboard

The Dashboard provides a bird’s-eye view on your account and campaigns that you are currently running. You will be able to view as well as update, re-schedule or remove queued campaigns.

Contact Book

The Contacts Book allows you to store and maintain all your contacts in our database, allowing campaign contact lists to be automatically populated. The Contacts Book will be automatically updated when a recipient unsubscribes.

Reports

You can retrieve detailed reports for any campaign at any point of time.

Campaign : SMS Broadcast

Broadcast your message to recipients from your Contacts Book or an uploaded CSV file, as part of a campaign.

Campaign : Info-on-Demand

When an SMS is received with pre-defined keywords, the system will reply with an outgoing SMS and/or email containing the requested information.

Campaign : Voting/Poll

This module provides voting/polling capabilities via SMS. Your users can SMS to FlexiSMS and votes will be automatically counted and presented in a pie chart.

* Use of OpsCentral SMS requires the pre-purchase of SMS credits. Please refer to SMS Credit Pricing Tiers.
** SMS credits will not expire for Essential & Professional accounts, as long as the accounts remain active. Please refer to FAQ: Renewal and Termination for more details. SMS Credits purchased on the Startup account will expire 30 days from the time they are purchased. In order to extend the expiry date, a new credit purchase needs to be made, upon which any expiring credits balance will have its expiry date extended to the new expiry date.

Local Singapore & Overseas SMS

Each SMS (up to a maximum of 160 alphanumeric single-byte characters) sent to a local Singapore requires 1 SMS credit. If you intend to send to numbers outside Singapore, please check the published rates. While we try to keep the SMS credit costs as constant as possible, prices will be reviewed monthly against prevailing market rates. Any and all changes, will be published here and on the order form.
