You will work with a passionate team of engineers to support and maintain next generation cloud-based contact centre solution in the region.You should be customer focused, results orientated individual that thrives in a fast paced environment.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Provide technical support to customer issue via phone or email<\/li>\n<li>Able to attend customer inquiries for product and specification<\/li>\n<li>Perform product application testing<\/li>\n<li>Conduct product-related training&nbsp;and documentation<\/li>\n<li>Support operations and maintenance of network systems and server infrastructure<\/li>\n<li>Provide pre-sales technical support to sales team<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Degree in IT or related field<\/li>\n<li>Good analytical and problem solving skills<\/li>\n<li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills<\/li>\n<li>Possess a pro-active attitude towards customers and good working attitude<\/li>\n<li>Strong in technical analytical problem resolution skills and Linux knowledge is big plus<\/li>\n<li>To assist in any other IT related activities<\/li>\n<li>Experiences in 24&#215;7 support<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Optional<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Experiences in in call centre environment<\/li>\n<li>At least 1 year Telecommunication relevant experience.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>If you are the person we are looking for,&nbsp;<strong>email your details to<\/strong>&nbsp;<a class=\"job_application_email\" href=\"mailto:recruit@innovax.com.sg?subject=Application%20via%20%22Support%20Engineer%22%20listing%20on%20https%3A%2F%2Fwww.innovax.systems\">recruit@innovax.com.sg<\/a><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Role We are currently seeking Systems Engineer, based in Singapore, to join our team as we expand our operations in the region.
