We are currently seeking Technical Support Specialist, based in Singapore to join our team as we expand our operations in the region. You will work with a passionate team of engineers to support and maintain next-generation cloud-based contact centre solution in the region. You should be a customer-focused, results-orientated individual that thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Job Responsibilities
- Manages and monitors all installed systems and infrastructure for the organization
- Assists in the coordination of various teams testing and evaluating for the development of design and its implementation of the best output
- Ensures the highest level of systems and infrastructure availability.
- Serves customers by identifying their needs and engineering adaptations of products, equipment, and services via call and email
- Assists in the coordination of various teams testing and evaluating for the development of design and its implementation of the best output
- To diagnose and resolve the problem related to hardware, internal software, and system operation, security, availability, security, performance and connectivity.
Qualifications and Skills
- Good communication skills including verbal, written and telephone etiquette in handle clients queries and concern
- Ability to interpret, analyze, troubleshoot and resolve technical issue skills
- Organized and meticulous
- Able to work independently with high level of initiative and willingness to learn
Education and Experience Requirements
- Degree in Information Technology, Computer / Telecommunication Engineering or related field
- Familiar with Windows and Linux operating system environments.
