About Company
We are looking for someone with past experience in Java, Chat-bot and/or Telephony/Asterisk development. You will work with a passionate team of engineers to develop and operate the next generation cloud-based contact centre solution in the region.
Responsibilities
- Provide technical support and follow up customer issue via call or email
- Able to attend customer inquiries for product and specification
- Perform product application testing
- Conduct product-related user acceptance test, training and documentation
- To diagnose and resolve the problem related to hardware, internal software, and system operation, security, availability, security, performance and connectivity.
- Able to promptly work and handles emergency and disruption of service with in-depth investigation and timely resolution.
- Support operations and maintenance of network systems and server infrastructure
Requirements
- Possess Degree in Information Technology, Computer / Telecommunication Engineering or related field
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Possess a pro-active attitude towards customers and good working attitude
- Strong in technical analytical problem resolution skills
- Familiar with Windows and Linux environment.
- To assist in any other IT related activities
- Able to attend problem on-site as and when required
- On-site to support end-user, customers, operations systems and infrastructure.
- Willingness to on standby 24×7 basis support
- Willing to work in Puchong area.
Optional
- Experiences in support call centre environment
- At least 1 to 2 years of Telecommunication relevant experience.
- Experience and exposure in VoIP and virtualization environment will be an added advantage
